AICLS cancellation and refund policy for the Athens Conference and The Hague Conference is as follows:

The conference fee is refundable in full for any cancellation notified to AICLS on or before 29 July 2005. A cancellation made after that date but on or prior to 31 August 2005 will attract a cancellation fee of 50 % of the conference fee.

Thereafter, the conference fee is non-refundable for any cancellation (except in the sole discretion of AICLS).

AICLS cancellation and refund policy for the Istanbul Conference and The Luxembourge Conference is as follows:

The conference fee is refundable in full for any cancellation notified to AICLS on or before 31 March 2006. A cancellation made after that date but on or prior to 30 April 2006 will attract a cancellation fee of 50 % of the conference fee.

Thereafter, the conference fee is non-refundable for any cancellation (except in the sole discretion of AICLS).
